This webinar begins by briefly exploring the country’s history with an emphasis on how society has successfully managed to cope with uncertainty in the past. After reviewing some pertinent cultural dimensions that inform us about how we may respond to uncertainty, we move quickly to examine our own personal capability to build resilience and encourage optimism by applying relevant and appropriate EQ tools.
Peter has worked as an educator, coach, trainer, and facilitator in the UAE for almost 25 years in a variety of educational settings. His passion and expertise in Emiratization support, Emotional Intelligence (SEI Assessor), soft-skills training, education and learning, and coaching, has given him many opportunities to work with some of the largest organizations in the region including HSBC, KPMG, Almarai (KSA & Oman), Sembcorp (Fujairah), Omantel, Technip-FMC (Abu Dhabi), Zurich International (Dubai), P&G (India, UAE, Egypt), Borouge, American University of Sharjah, ADNOC, Rabdan Academy, King Abdulla Economic City (Jeddah), and the Abu Dhabi Police.
