Dr. Rainer Strack is Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Düsseldorf office of Boston Consulting Group.He has led the HR topic at BCG globally for 10 years. He has authored more than 100 article and more than 50 reports on people topics including two articles published in Harvard Business Review. Rainer Strack co-led the Future of Work initiative of the World Economic Forum and has presented multiple times in Davos. In 2014 he gave a widely viewed TED.com talk on the Global Workforce Crisis (more than 1,800,000 views).
Rainer Strack has a master’s degree in physics, a master’s degree in business, and a PhD in theoretical physics (summa cum laude) from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
